Comparable List is a free online tool that compares two lists of text items locally in your web browser. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the service to process data you do not have the right to process; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; (c) misrepresent the origin or accuracy of results produced by the service; or (d) use the service in connection with unlawful activity.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular use — including business-critical or regulated work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comparable List and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
Your data is yours — the service never receives the contents of your lists. The Comparable List website, branding, and software are our property (or that of our licensors) and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
The site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the effective date below. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
